DARIEN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Pennsylvania man's body was pulled from a lake in Genesee County Saturday night.
33 year old William Sutherland went to Darien Lake Friday night with some friends to attend the Toby Keith concert.
After the concert, he got separated from his friends.
They went looking for Sutherland but drove back to Pennsylvania without him.
Saturday, they returned to the park and that's when the sheriff's office launched their search.
"Couldn't locate him so they left and went back to Pennsylvania and came back because they haven't heard from him yet. So they came back to continue their search. The investigation led us to Sunshine Lake, which is a small pond of water between two parking lots for the amusement park area. We did find the body in the pond," said Sergeant Gregory Walker.
Scuba divers pulled Sutherland's body from the water.
The sheriff's office says the incident does not appear suspicious.
They're now awaiting autopsy results.

Local Charities Offered FUNdraising Opportunity
“Spring Spin – One Good Turn To Benefit Another™”
Charities can register today
Non-profit organizations have the opportunity to put a unique “spin” on their fundraising efforts this spring season. Darien Lake Theme Park Resort will host “Spring Spin: One Good Turn to Benefit Another.”
“Spring Spin” is designed to assist not-for-profit organizations raise additional funds in an exciting and thrilling way. The program provides participating non-profits the opportunity to sell Darien Lake admission tickets to the public at a discounted rate of $19.99. General Admission is regularly $34.99; that’s a discount of $15! Each charity will then bank $5 of each ticket sold. Tickets are good for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 29, 30 and 31.
The three top-selling organizations at Spring Spin will receive a bonus check for $750, $300 and $150, respectively. Interested organizations must signup no later than March 18, but are encouraged to start selling tickets today!
Guests purchasing Spring Spin tickets will receive a FREE ticket to return to the park during the fall season. Plus, those attending the event in May will be among the first to experience the Darien Lake’s new 2009 season, all the while supporting their favorite local charity.
